A few users who use Parallels/Mac OS are experiencing errors while saving slides to send updates to collaborators. We developed a diagnostic plugin to figure what might be the cause.

  1. Please uninstall any previous version of diagnostic plugin.
  2. Download CircleDocPPTXDiagnosticAddIn-Installer.zip, unzip and run setup.exe.
  3. Once done, launch Powerpoint, create a new presentation, insert a few slides, select one and click “Run Selected slide clipboard test” button in “CircleDoc” Ribbon.
  4. It should copy selected slide to clipboard and paste it first index.
